Let’s Bring Happy Back to Your Home
Parenting a child with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs can be incredibly rewarding — but it can also be challenging and exhausting at times.
How We Help Families
Many parents feel like they've tried everything but still struggle to understand why certain behaviors keep happening. Coaching helps you understand behavior and build practical strategies that work in everyday life — calmer routines, stronger relationships, and a child who's developing the skills they need to succeed.
01
Understanding Challenging Behavior
Behavior is a form of communication. When we understand why a behavior is happening, we can respond to the underlying need — not just the behavior itself.
02
Building Positive Behavior
Proactive strategies that increase positive behavior and reduce frustration: clear expectations, consistent routines, effective reinforcement, and teaching independence and responsibility.
03
Emotional Regulation & Communication
Support your child in managing frustration, communicating needs more effectively, coping with transitions and changes, and building confidence and independence.
04
Parent Skill Building
Practical strategies to respond consistently and confidently to behavior challenges while strengthening your relationship with your child.
Our Values Framework
Collaborative, Not One-Size-Fits-All
Coaching is built with you, around your family's real routines — never a generic program handed down from the outside.
Behavior Is Communication
We look for the need behind a behavior before trying to change it, so strategies address the cause, not just the symptom.
Tools That Outlast Us
Coaching is designed to empower families, not create dependence. You'll leave with strategies you've practiced and the confidence to use them on your own, long after services end.

-
Caregivers who want practical, evidence-based support to better understand their child's behavior, learning, and development — at home, in school, or across settings. Your child does not need a diagnosis to benefit from parent coaching or consultation.
-
Coaching helps caregivers understand why behaviors are occurring, learn realistic strategies for home and community settings, build routines and consistency, respond confidently to challenging behavior, and strengthen communication and relationships. It's collaborative and tailored to your family — not a one-size-fits-all program.
-
Parent coaching is skills-based and educational — it teaches caregivers strategies they can use immediately in real-life situations. It is not mental health therapy and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
-
Coaching is fully tailored to your family and open-ended — a few sessions or ongoing support. A course is a structured six-week curriculum: group classes plus two individual sessions, at a fixed price. Courses are a great starting point for structure and community; coaching fits when your situation is specific or you want more flexibility.
-
Coaching and courses are skills-based and educational, not a clinical treatment plan. Parent-Mediated ABA is an ABA program with an assessment, individualized goals, and BCBA-direct sessions, for children who need that clinical structure. We'll tell you honestly which fits during your consultation.
-
Parent coaching and courses are private pay only. That lets us provide flexible, individualized support, focus on real-world problem solving rather than insurance requirements, collaborate freely with families and schools, and tailor services without diagnostic or billing constraints.
