You Can Do This – We’ll Show you How
ABA delivered and directed by a BCBA — with you trained and supported to carry out the day-to-day work, so you walk away with real skills, not just a program that ends when we do.
How This is Different
Most ABA programs are delivered mostly by a technician, with a BCBA overseeing from a distance. Here, it's reversed: you carry the bulk of day-to-day implementation, trained directly by a BCBA — who also works hands-on with your child specifically to model a new protocol, launch a new skill, or work through something that isn't going well.
What a Program Includes
An initial behavior assessment, an individualized treatment plan, structured parent training built into every stage, and targeted BCBA-direct sessions used specifically for modeling, launching new skills, and troubleshooting — not a fixed weekly hour count delivered at technician-level frequency.
Our Values Framework
Before any session, we ask:
Is it safe?
Is it something we'd be comfortable with filmed?
Is it strengthening our relationship with your child?
Only once those are true do we consider whether it's moving toward a teaching goal.
Built So You Can Take It From Here
This isn't about building dependence on a provider — it's about building your own ability to support your child. Every session is making you more capable, not more reliant on us. By the time formal treatment ends, you're not starting over: you have the skills, the understanding, and the confidence to keep going on your own.
What the Research Says
This model is a service design built on real evidence — not a marketing claim.
Parent Training Works
Studies have found moderately strong, real benefits from parent-implemented intervention — in positive behavior and social skills, language and communication, and reduced maladaptive behavior.
More Hours Isn’t Automatically Better
Multiple studies have found no consistent dose-response relationship in ABA — more weekly hours doesn't reliably mean proportionally better outcomes.
What This Means for Your Plan
This specific model — BCBA-direct treatment plus parent implementation, no RBT — is a service design informed by this research, individualized to your child. It isn't a guarantee of equivalence to every other ABA model, and we'll tell you honestly if a different intensity or format fits your child better.

-
No. Every hour of direct treatment and every hour of training is delivered by a BCBA — no rotating RBT staff.
-
More than a typical program, by design. You'll be in session with your BCBA regularly to learn and practice the specific protocols, then implementing them consistently between sessions — this isn't a model where you drop your child off and pick them up later. If your schedule doesn't allow for real day-to-day involvement, this may not be the right fit; we'll talk through what's realistic for your family during your consultation.
-
Three main reasons: continuity (the same BCBA works with your child every time, not a rotating cast of technicians you're re-explaining things to), real skill-building for you (you walk away able to actually implement these strategies, not just supervise someone else doing it), and flexibility for families whose needs don't require a full technician-delivered program. The trade-off is who's doing the day-to-day work: here, that's you, with the BCBA stepping in directly to model, launch new skills, and troubleshoot — not the other way around. If you're not able to take on that role, this isn't the right fit.
-
No — and we'll tell you honestly if it isn't. This model works best for mild-to-moderate needs, targeted skill-building, or as a step-down from a more intensive program, and it depends on a parent who can realistically commit real time to learning and implementing the plan. If your child's needs call for 30–40 hours/week of intensive early intervention, or your family's schedule can't support consistent hands-on involvement, we'll say so and help you think through better-fit options — including a referral, if that's the honest answer.
-
You'll be ready, not abandoned. Because you've been the one implementing the plan all along — not just observing — you leave with real, practiced skills, not a binder you've never used. We build toward that handoff deliberately from the start, so when formal treatment ends, you're continuing on your own, not starting from zero.

For Medicaid or insurance billing, yes. For private pay, no formal diagnosis is required to start.
