Stepwise
A replacement behavior that costs more than the problem behavior was never going to win.
A guided builder for replacement behavior staircases. Choose the problem behavior and what it gets the student, and Stepwise builds the ladder up to the desired behavior: effort, wait, and payoff at each rung, the skills to teach, and when to move up or step back.
