Real Skills for Real Life
Small, structured groups for children, teens, and adults working on social connection, communication, executive functioning, and independent living — with real peers and real practice, not just worksheets about skills.
Skills We Build
Each group is organized around the skill area that fits its members best — it isn't only about social skills.
01
Social Skills
Peer connection, conversation, handling conflict, and building friendships.
02
Communication
Expressing needs and opinions, reading social cues, and taking part in group conversation.
03
Executive Functioning
Planning, organization, getting started, and following through on tasks.
04
Independent Living
Daily routines, self-management, and the skills for getting around in the community.
Our Values Framework
Practice, Not Just Talk
Skills are built by doing them. Every session means rehearsing and getting feedback with other people in the room, not worksheets about skills in the abstract.
Right-Sized, Right-Fit
Small groups matched by age and skill level, working through a curriculum chosen for that group's goals, never one generic program for everyone.
Skills That Travel
The point isn't getting good at group. It's for skills to show up at school, at work, with friends, and at home.
Who Groups Are For

Groups run as eight-week cohorts of weekly 45-minute sessions. You enroll for the full cohort and pay up front, because the group is built around the same members working through the curriculum together, so sessions aren't prorated if one is missed. If your child is also in ABA with us, they'll move to a new skill area every eight weeks. Otherwise you can sign up for one cohort at a time. A group begins once at least four people have enrolled.
-
Four to six participants, matched by age and skill level so everyone can take part in a meaningful way.
-
No. Each group is organized around the skill area that fits its members best, including communication, executive functioning, and independent living.
-
A blend of materials we've written ourselves and established programs. Because the right fit depends on the ages and goals of the people in each group, we choose the curriculum group by group — and we're happy to walk you through what a specific group will cover.
-
Yes. No prior ABA experience is needed. During your consultation we'll talk through goals and make sure the group is the right fit and level.
-
Yes — in person in Utah, or by telehealth. The curriculum and structure are the same either way.

Not for private pay. Medicaid and insurance billing for groups requires a documented ASD diagnosis.
